We are looking for a BI and AI Specialist.

The objective of the position is to manage BI, Advanced Analytics, AI and ML services throughout their entire lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will be:

Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutionsCreate and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledgeCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specificationsDevelop and execute database queries and conduct analysisCreate visualizations and reports for requested projectsDevelop and update technical documentationUser Training and support: deliver training sessions and support usersImplement and maintain AI and machine learning models to enhance data analysis and business intelligence capabilitiesStay updated with the latest AI and ML technologies and integrate them into existing BI solutionsTo be successful in this role you'll need to have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field3 to 5 years of working experienceProficiency in BI tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau, QlikView)Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e. g. , SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processesFamiliarity with programming languages such as Python or RUnderstanding of data modeling and data architecture principlesExperience with AI and machine learning frameworks (e. g. , TensorFlow, PyTorch)Knowledge of data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniquesProven track record of delivering BI solutions that drive business valueExperience with AI and machine learning projectsFluency both in Italian and EnglishManagement Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailCapability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent time management and organizational skillsInterpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
