BI Architect and Data Manager (f/m/d) Full-Time Your Tasks:

Develop BI-relevant solutions within agile and cross-functional implementation teams.

Collaboration in the development of a new, central DWH with layer model for decoupling and abstraction of data layers

Central point of contact for the data warehouse

Setup/coordination of interfaces between source and data warehouse

Modeling and implementation of the DWH layers

Responsibility for the implementation of data models in the DWH

Coordination of requirements for interfaces to upstream systems

Making data available to all employees and IT systems in the organization through various front ends and interfaces

Definition of guidelines for BI and DW system architecture

Further development of data governance (incl. demarcation of operational reporting / BI)

Establishment of the required environments for PoC or test cases

Adaptation of software architecture, interfaces, and tools to growing requirements and data volumes (performance, scaling, data quality)

Your Profile:

Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable qualification

Extensive experience in designing and implementing a BI/DWH architecture and in-depth knowledge of various BI technologies

Experience in dealing with various data sources and data formats as well as large data volumes

In-depth knowledge of how databases work

Knowledge in dealing with different concepts of data integration

Very good knowledge of SQL as well as programming skills

Practical experience with BI applications such as PowerBI, Cubeware, BO, BOARD, Tableau or QlikView

Very good knowledge in dealing with different types of data modeling

If possible, profound knowledge of modern business concepts

Very good knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of the German language would be an advantage
