Activities: Tender Reviews: Review incoming tender documents to identify obligations, liabilities, damages, indemnities, and cost issues not compliant with the company risk profile. Liaise with local counsel on key legal issues and draft red-line conditions of contract as required. Project Contract Dept. Start-up Procedures: Produce a list of contractual technical and commercial items upon contract award and provide it to Planning, PM, and Area Contract Manager. Forms of Sub-Contractor Procurement: Provide standard forms of subcontract to the Procurement Dept. , considering local law and contract conditions. Liaise with local counsel on legal issues and assist with negotiation of subcontract terms. Shift Reports: Produce appropriate Shift Reports and production records for the Site Contract Dept. Implementation. Technical Skills: 8 years of experience at leastDegree in Engineering (nice to have) / LawSolid understanding of legal itemsSuperior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projectsDeep knowledge of international contract lawFluent in English and ItalianLocation: Rome Webuild is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
