Please note this role is on a fixed term agreement of 9-12 months -I am seeking a detail-oriented Bid Legal Specialist for a client in their growth stage.

The ideal candidate will provide legal and administrative expertise throughout the bidding process, ensuring compliance with legal standards and offering guidance on contractual and regulatory matters.

You will also collaborate closely with senior leadership and external legal teams to protect the company's interests and drive business success. Tender Management:Prepare and oversee all administrative and legal aspects related to tenders. To make sure the bidding process meets the legal and regulatory requirements. Legal Guidance Support:Provide legal advice and technical support to internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of business operations. Monitor updates in relevant laws and regulations to maintain company compliance. Contract Management:Draft, review, and manage the legal aspects of contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies. Act as a legal advisor for non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), intellectual property (IP) rights, and other business-related agreements. Collaboration with Leadership:Work closely with the CEO to support daily activities, including interfacing with external legal counsel. Provide input on strategic legal decisions impacting the organization. Experience:Proven experience in legal roles related to tenders, contracts, or compliance. Prior experience in handling administrative and legal aspects of bidding processes is highly desirable. Skills:Strong understanding of contract law, NDAs, IP management, and compliance requirements. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to analyse legal documents and provide actionable recommendations.
