We are currently recruiting for BID MANAGER to be part of our expanding team based in Chieti (Abruzzo - ITALY) and Zurigo (SWITZERLAND)

Skills and experience required:

Experience of Consulting/Public Sector bidding.

Proactive Team player

Ability to clearly articulate and communicate ideas and directions both verbally and in writing

Strong time management / prioritisation skills

Fluency in English is important, and knowledge of German would be an added advantage, but not compulsory

Ability to act agilely to identify/capitalise on opportunities

Ability to provide informed, credible input to all levels of the business

- Ability to work under pressure and maximise team efficiency

Role and responsibilities:

Interrogate supporting documents to understand project and requirements

Identify an approach to defining bid winning strategies

Responsible for assembling required resources/skills to develop proposal content

Create compelling supporting documentation for certain negotiated opportunities

Manage all aspects and stages of the bid, including initiation and planning, kick-off, solution definition, content development, response consolidation, team reviews, quality control, management review and autorization, package and delivery, post-submission administration, bid revisions, bid awards and win/loss review.

Lead answer planning sessions and develop bid answer structures to define the most compelling and engaging response to the client

Deliver completed written bid responses against agreed deadlines

Ensure that risks exposure on all bids is understood, documented, communicated, and appropriately addressed/ mitigated.

- Helping with the day to day running of the practice

Salary will be dependent on experience.

You must have the right to work in Italy.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Disponibilità:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
