Job Purpose:The purpose of this role is to prepare a compliant and competitive offer in response to a public tender or any other offer request. Job duties:Planning and coordinating all tasks related to the Bid Management team.

Assigning and managing all resources related to the Bid Core Team; Assuring the right coordination with all members in order to prepare a competitive offer in line with customer requirements; Ensuring that mandate is obtained from the proper Delegation of Authority in the company according to the opportunity, and in line with Sales Strategy; Making sure that Bid Deliverables are submitted on time and quality as per tender specifications; Handing over won orders to Project Management, following appropriate procedure; Managing relation with customers, partners, subcontractors, suppliers, financial institutions, other agencies and institutions; Developing Lesson Learned reports in case of lost bids; Creating a solid team for the bidding phase;Interacting with other Company departments, especially with the BID & System Technical Manager, Legal Office, Supply Chain, Finance and PM. Background / Experience:Some knowledge of signaling market; Master degree in Engineering, Economics or at least 5 to 8 years of experience as bid manager or project manager; Fluent English; French or Spanish are a plus; Excellent organizational skills; Proactive attitude; Problem solver; Excellent relational skills; Time management; Highly organized and methodical approach to support activities; Have a passion for winning Confidentiality is a must; Good knowledge of excelWorking with us Our people are at the heart of what we do at PRS.
