Bid Manager Civil Infrastructures, Rome
Job Responsibilities Will be responsible for coordinating the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal Will be involved in managing client relationships and collaborating with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals Will closely collaborate with our internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders.
Experience and Requirements Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of Proposal Manager, preferably in projects related to Public Infrastructure works, at both national (good knowledge of Italian procurement codes) and international levels, will be considered as a relevant plus Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Infrastructure Civil Work sector, preferably with a background on Civil Design and/or Hydraulic challenges and opportunities present in this context.
Management Skills: Proven skills in managing proposals and bids, including overseeing multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Italian, English, and preferably French), with particular attention to detail and proposal presentation.
Interpersonal Relationships: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, as well as collaborate effectively with various company functions involved in the proposal process.
