YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- As a Swapper your job is to drive around by van, car or bike delivering bikes to our customers and helping them repair their bike on-site;

- Working in our Swapfiets Store assisting customers that come in for collections, drop-offs and with questions;

- Providing excellent service to our customers;

- Perform preventive maintenance on Swapfiets bikes;

- Perform repairs of Swapfiets bikes;

- Drive basket value by offering additional products that are desired by our members;

- Work 15-20 hours (different shifts from Monday-Saturday) a week as part of a young and dynamic team of Swappers.

YOUR PROFILE

- 1 year working experience in customer service, preferably in retail;

- Fluent in English and Italian;

- Affinity and experience working with bikes;

- In possession of a driver's licence (for a minimum period of 6 months);

- You live in or near the city of Milan.
