For its activity of guided bike tours in **Rome (Italy)**, TopBike Rental & Tours is looking for **Bike Tour Leaders fluent in English.

**Fluency in an additional language among the following: Dutch, German, French or Spanish is a plus.

Based in the historic center of Rome, _**TopBike Rental & Tours**_ is a tour operator specialized in organizing guided bike tours in and around Rome.

Years of pursuit of the ideal of top-quality service has allowed our company to become the **first-ranking among Rome's Outdoor Tour Operators on Tripadvisor**, as well as to thrive on a continuous growth path right up to the breakout of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Prior to the pandemic we offered guided tours in 6 languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch and Italian) every day of the year, welcomed around 20 000 customers and worked with 30 full

- and part-time tour leaders.

In consideration of the growing demand in the ongoing season, we are looking to expand our current team with bike tour leaders fluent in English (and preferably in one additional language among the following: Dutch, German, French or Spanish).

**We offer a freelance-type collaboration involving**:

- a position in a dynamic and ambitious company**, enriched by a diverse, international environment;**:

- a seasonal binding agreement of average number of tours assigned per week.

**The average number of tours we can guarantee is directly proportionate to the guide's offered availability;**:

- part-fixed and part-variable (performance-based) remuneration, paid on a monthly basis.

** In this sense, the hourly wage advertised above (20 euro/hour) is an average gross hourly payment, including also an average bonus amount (but excluding gratuities).

Our top guides consistently earn over 20 euro/hour (excl.

Tax and excl.

Gratuities).
