Position**:

Italdesign is looking for a problem solving oriented person with excellent analytical skills, who will be part of the Prototypes and Series Product Data Management Team as a Bill of Materials Specialist.

**Responsibilities

- Manage the Bill of Material relating to the assigned project

- Create and update the content required by the project, respecting the processes and methodology of the Bill of Material

- Plan and monitor the assigned projects: check the progress, respecting the timing required by the project

- Management of configurations required by projects

- Monitoring of activities against project requirements, times and quality

- Project reporting

**Requirements**:

**Key requirements

- Knowledge of the composition of the car and the assembly sequence

- Knowledge of the process/operation of the car and the new technologies applied inside the car

- Knowledge of the product (guide lines, best practices, etc.

)

- Knowledge of technical drawing (Data Release processes and systems)

- Ability to read, interpret and write technical documentation

- Ability to comply with deadlines, RASI and project targets

- Knowledge of the automotive technical vocabulary in Italian/English/German

- Good knowledge of MS Office Excel, PPT, Word, CAD viewers

- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills

- Flexibility and change management

- Accuracy and quality

**Other information**:

- **Education**: Languages High School Diploma or Bachelor in Languages or in Engineering

- **Language skills**: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.

Knowledge of German would be appreciated
