**The O**pportunity

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Be in charge of the billing processes and intermediation accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations

- Manage all billing process (manual and semi-automatic)

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors

- Manage the process of sending E-Invoices to the SDI

- Support the other team in charge for the preparation of the SDD mandates and collection activities

- Reconcile intermeditiation accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies

- Collaborate with other team members to provide any clarification needed to finalize statutory and regulatory reporting

**Who Are We Looking For

In practice this means:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on billing and GL accounting

- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles

- Proficient in financial software and MS Excel

- Experience with ERP systems, SAP knowledge is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

- Good written and spoken English language skills
