**About the role

**What you'll do

- Develop and implement effective billing strategies that align with industry standards and company objectives.

- Lead the billing team to enhance their performance and development.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement payment optimization strategies.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and regulations to maintain compliance and ensure competitive advantage.

- Establish close relationship with our current PSPs and communicate with them on the ongoing basis.

- Add to our expanding Merchant Accounts portfolio.

**About you

- Proven experience as a Billing Manager, Payment Optimization Manager or similar role.

- Proficient knowledge of billing procedures and payment systems.

- Understanding of the payment schemes rules and best billing practices.

- Strong proficiency with billing software and digital technologies.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- High level of organizational and multitasking skills.

**Nice to haves

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant field.
