Importante Azienda, licensed firm specialized in the recruitment and selection of personnel, is looking for a qualified profile to join an international Group leader in Media & Entertainment in the role of:

Billing Specialist

Contributing to match commercial needs with tax and accounting requirements, ensuring compliance with all corporate policies and deadlines;

Monthly Ad Sales billing process with the new EDI procedure;

Barter, Product Placement, and Branded Content Deal management;

Fixing customer dispute and issuing credit notes collecting approval as Company policy;

Third parties revenues and costs reconciliation;

Working with the IT Team to update/customize systems based on business and customers' needs;

BTS and SAP billing reconciliation and reporting;

Book Closing Activity (revenue accrual, revenue recognition, reclass and reverse);

SOX reconciliations.

**Education**:

Diplomain Accounting and/or Degree in Economics;

Work experience:

at least 2 years of experience in finance billing (a previous experience in the Media sector is a plus);

Language skills:

good knowledge of written and oral English (level B2/C1);

Computer skills:

good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP is a plus.
