Within our Civil, Structural and Architectural Department in the Italy office we are looking for a

**BIM, MODELER CIVIL/ARCHITECTURAL

The BIM Modeler will work closely with our Civil/Architectural Lead and Team to utilize BIM modeling to create drawings that are of the highest level of detail and accuracy.

Availability to national and international missions.

**Here's What You'll Need**:

- Responsible for the day-to day planning and modelling development of projects

- Proficiency with AutoCad & Revit software

- Fluency for importing documents, such as spread sheets, photos, images, and word processing files into Revit projects

- Basic Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

- Applies the required LOD defined within the BEP and ensures the quality levels required by the BIM standards on all models and related files

- Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling support

- Develop BIM plans and understand and help the scope of work for subcontractors

- Creates Revit Families respecting company's guidelines

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of constructions workflow processes and priorities

- Ability to manage multiple ongoing and complex projects while being able to successfully meet the requirements

- Troubleshoot any BIM related issues

- Manage BIM project benchmarks to meet project deadlines

- Contribute to the documentation, dissemination and monitoring of standards, best practices, and industry advancements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role
