Job Overview ? We are looking for a highly skilled BIM Specialist with extensive experience in designing and detailing high-end villas and 5-star hospitality projects. If you are dedicated, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality work, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities ? - Develop detailed Revit models for high-end residential and hospitality projects.

- Produce comprehensive technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and detailed joinery.

- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to integrate technical details.

- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

- Generate BOQs and cutting lists, and maintain project documentation.

- Conduct quality control reviews of Revit models and drawings. Manage and Direct projects

-Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows

Qualifications?

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Architectural and Interior design.

- Strong proficiency in Revit is a MUST.

- Experience with AutoCAD and Navisworks is a plus.

- Diploma in Design/Architecture required; higher degree preferred.

- Portfolio showcasing detailed architectural and interior fit-out projects. -English proficiency is a MUST
