OTHER APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED**Job Responsibility:The candidate will design and manage strategic innovation programs, and do advisory work with innovative leaders in business, in all sorts of sectors (ranging from apparel, pharma, food, packaging, cosmetics…), with a particular focus on biodiversity and nature positive strategies definition and implementation. Qualifications:We seek a young, self-propelled, visionary, disruptor and pragmatic person, demonstrating exceptional motivation, passion, character, competence, courage, ecological and social intelligence, entrepreneurship, at ease when working with top management levels, independent, able to work in teams, curious, flexible, able to solve problems and challenges leveraging a sustainability perspective, and with excellent communication skills with multiple tools and styles (verbal, written, new technologies) + quantitative, analytical, project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in both Italian and English, written and spoken, are needed. Preferential academic background: technical degree in biology, ecology, agronomy and similar. The focus of our work is radical innovation driven by sustainability principles, and we are ready to provide the training opportunities to develop the specific competence in a rapidly evolving field.
