**Entity and activity description
The Worldwide Business Unit **Global Markets & Technologies (GM&T)** open new business frontiers for the Air Liquide Group with a strong expertise in cutting-edge technologies and inspired by disruptive mindsets.
Our Purpose is to develop, shape and incubate significant new markets, sustainable for Air Liquide and for the Society.
In the context of the energy transition, **Biogas Solutions Europe** business has seen double-digit growth for several years in Europe.
This business includes the technologies and solutions that we offer throughout the value chain, from the production of biomethane using our proprietary membrane and Turbo-Brayton technologies, to its ultimate use(in transportation, industry, or for the production of low-carbon hydrogen).
Our European business is currently focused on France, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia (Sweden and Norway), and Italy in Europe but also US and China.
Our growth is driven by the opening of several biomethane production plants and by strong demand from industry and the transportation sector.
And finally, as we have developed our solutions across the biomethane value chain, various projects have emerged as examples of a local circular economy.
**Missions and Responsibilities

As reporting and consolidation manager you will be integrated in the Finance team of Biogas Solutions and will report directly to the CFO.
Your responsibilities are on different layers, but consistent with the performance guidance given by the group:
- Responsible for the Preparation of the consolidated financial statements of AL Biogas
in the Air Liquide Group.
- Assisting the entities of Biogas in dealing with complex transactions (acquisitions, disposals, scope changes, implementation of new IFRS standards)
- Single point of contact for the Group Consolidation team.
- Coordinating and performing the management consolidation of the AL Biogas perimeter on a monthly / quarterly / yearly basis as well as consolidating the reforecast and the Target in coordination with the Biogas Ops Control team.
- Providing dedicated training sessions on new IFRS standards or new features of our consolidation system IRIS ;
- Providing consolidated and reliable information to various departments of the Biogas Group
- Realizing any specific and relevant performance analysis or any ad hoc analysis needed.
- Manage special projects related to consolidation topics.
By having constant relations with people at international level (internal, external, different departments) your challenge will be improving the process of consolidations taking in charge the different reportings (also improving them), support the different entities and finance experts and you will have to manage the Balance sheet and Cash Flows Statements for actuals, target and reforecasts.
Collaborative work with other Finance teams is key during these processes.
**Competencies and Profile
You have an Engineering or Business school or Chartered accountant degree with a strong experience -at least** 5 years**:
- in consolidation and accounting.
You are proactive and independent.
You have a problem solver approach and you always try to find solutions.
You feel comfortable in an international and fast growing context and maintaining relations with people from different departments.
Your english is fluent
- another language will be considered a plus.
