In the context of the energy transition, **Biogas Solutions Europe** business has seen double-digit growth for the last years in Europe.

This business includes the technologies and solutions that we offer throughout the value chain, from the production of biomethane, to its ultimate use (in transportation, industry, or for the production of low-carbon hydrogen).

Our European business is currently focused on France, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia (Sweden and Norway), and Italy.

Our growth is driven by the opening of several biomethane production plants and by strong demand from industry and the transportation sector.

And finally, as we have developed our solutions across the biomethane value chain, various projects have emerged as examples of a local circular economy.

**Missions and Responsibilities**_

As Junior Legal Counsel you will be part of an very dynamic, fast growing and evolving environment and you will contribute to the process's implementation_.

You will report directly to the Legal Counsel based in Sassenage (France) and you will have direct contact with the different departments within the organization.

You will be part of the italian team based in Milan and your main purpose will be supporting the business, procurement and operations department -both in Italy and Europe

- by providing legal support and contributing the draft, negotiations and follow up for the contract in English and Italian.

As junior inhouse legal counsel you will be in charge of developing

- according to Italian laws

- new contracts between the local entities and suppliers, you will support business development to elaborate legal schemes; working with procurement & project/OPS team for the negotiations.

You will develop, draft and translate the templates and contracts in Italian and English.

**Competencies and Profile**_

You have an International/Italian business law/Energy law degree with preferably up to 2/3 years experience gained in an international company in the energy or industry sector. _

You have deep knowledge of the Italian civil code and law related to energy business.

You are fluent in English and you are comfortable in handling relations and contacts with different stakeholders(engineers, procurement, business, operations ect) based in other countries.

You are proactive, autonomous and a problem solver and you are fully able to work in a flexible and fast changing environment.

Location: Milan Head office+ some travel may be required in Gorgonzola's area and in Core Office (Grenoble, France).
