With more than 9 00 employees, the several facilities located in Grenoble area gather together more than half of GM& T resources within three entities:
advanced Technologies, Biomethane and Industrial solutions.
In the context of the energy transition, Biogas Solutions Europe business has seen double-digit growth for several years in Europe.
This business includes the technologies and solutions that we offer throughout the value chain, from the production of biomethane using our proprietary membrane and Turbo-Brayton technologies, to its ultimate use (in transportation, industry, or for the production of low-carbon hydrogen).
We develop our activities in France, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia (Sweden and Norway) and Italy in Europe but also in China & in the US.
Our growth is driven by the opening of several biomethane production plants and by strong demand from industry and the transportation sector.
And finally, as we have developed our solutions across the biomethane value chain, various projects have emerged as examples of a local circular economy.
Missions and Responsibilities The Maintenance Planner/Coordinator reports directly to the Head of Operations and is responsible for organizing and control of all maintenance documentation and planned maintenance tasks through the company Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS:
Altair).
This will include new maintenance inputs, planning for existing or new assets, budget definition of planned maintenance works (with bill of materials)
In addition the Maintenance Planner will assign tasks, and evaluate completion.
Maintain and oversee invoices, orders, accounting, and contractor work, including writing work orders.
Will order parts, supplies, materials, and control inventory on planned maintenance or corrective maintenance tasks.
Competencies and Profile Your responsibilities:
Health & Safety:
- Ensure all Air Liquide Safety Policies and procedures are adhered to in the planned/unplanned maintenance system (incl.
But not limited to the Safe Permit of Works).
Support the deployment of health & Safety Policies or actions defined by the Health, Safety & Environmental Manager
Maintenance Management:
Oversee and control Planned Maintenance via Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Altair and performing maintenance work inspection when deemed fit
Ensures the regular maintenance of EIS (Elements Importants for Safety)
For routine tasks create and update SOPs relating to Planned Maintenance for all Assets
Liaise with Vendors and Customers to resolve issues or enquiries regarding maintenance.
Control Management of Change topics regarding maintenance
Administration of CMMS:
Monitor part stock control and adjust as necessary.
Check and control maintenance contractor Invoices for accuracy vs. Work Orders on CMMS.
Ensure with APM that all Failure Records (failure reporting) are followed-up appropriately
Others:
Coordinate small projects on operational sites as deemed necessary.
- Take actions or propose projects to minimise asset downtime
Vendor Surveillance / Attend Vendor meetings where required.
Record and present KPI, s to Maintenance Manager
Follow equipment repairs full cycle
You will also drive asset performance, improve plant/facility uptime, you will manage to decrease costs for operations and maintenance and create quality reporting post intervention
Additional information You have a Mechanical or Electrical or Process Engineering Degree, and at least 3 years of experience in maintenance activities or field operations.
