Offer DescriptionThe aim of this research project is to analyze the effects of the main psychosocial risk factors on healthcare workers and to evaluate the sociodemographic and occupational variables that mediate workers' responses to such risk factors.

The study will be conducted on samples of employees from the healthcare sector affiliated with the services offered by the regional health system of Piedmont and will focus on better defining the main risk factors identified in the literature and finding effective tools for their management within a progressively aging workforce.
