Exciting Customer Sales Support Role - Use Your Scientific Expertise!
Do you have a background in Life Sciences and want to take your career to the next level in a customer-focused role?
LGC is offering an exciting opportunity to join our team, where you will support the sales and distribution of our ATCC portfolio across Italy and other EMEA regions as needed.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service.
This includes responding to tenders, addressing sales and technical inquiries via phone or email, and providing support to our Core ATCC Team and Technical Sales Specialists.
This position offers a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to work 50% from our office in Milan and 50% from home.

Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries, Italian tenders, prepare accurate quotations, and follow up to increase conversion ratesWork closely with the Technical Sales team to customize responses based on customer requirements. Provide initial technical support to customers and escalate more complex issues when needed.
