? General Requirements Experience with EVM, Smart Contracts, back-end and front-end development: Frontend | Typescript, Vue. js or React Backend | Typescript, Bun. sh or Node. js Contracts | Solidty, Hardhat or Foundry Libraries | Ethers. js or Web3. js Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Senior Developer Requirements Development and Design : Experience in designing, developing, testing, auditing, and deploying DeFi protocols (EVM).

Build secure and scalable back-end systems.

Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment tools.

Project Management : Lead the design and architecture of blockchain solutions and applications.

Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and resources allocation to drive project progress and ensure efficient execution.

Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.

Mentor junior and mid-level developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards.

Strategic Contribution : Contribute to the overall architecture and design of our applications.

Drive innovation within the team by researching and implementing new blockchain technologies.

Mid Developer Requirements Development and Design: Strong understanding of EVM blockchain platforms and DeFi protocols.

Design and implementation of complex blockchain solutions and smart contracts.

Proficiency in smart contract development using Solidity.

Project Management : Lead small projects or parts of larger projects Review code from junior developers and provide constructive feedback.

Team Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insight.
