Group Network Italy is a commercial team focused on covering the group's internal clients with reference to Asset Management products and services.
The team is dedicated to Sales Development & Advisory vis-à-vis clients' functions as well as sales animation and training to Retail/Wealth Management/Financial Advisors Networks on the territory.
Within Group Network team there is a "Regional Sales team", offering sales animation on the territory, and a "Sales Development & Advisory team", liaising with BNL central functions to both advise them on the product range and develop new products and services.
We have an excellent opportunity in the **Sales Development and Advisory team** in our Rome office.
**Key responsibilities
- Contribution to head of Sales Development and Advisory in managing the relationship with BNL (Retail and Private Banking Division), with responsibility primarily over Retail and Financial Advisor (FA) channels
- Responsible of adapting the BNPP Asset Management product range dedicated to BNL Retail & FA channels as well as value-adding services for both the distributor and its clients.
- Responsible of supporting BNL advisory desk and BNL product office on commercial, technical, reporting and communication issues related to product promoted/managed by BNPP Asset Management.
- Contribution to achieving budget of BNL (Retail and Private Banking Division)
- Plan, coordinate and communicate activities across departments on a daily basis to satisfy requests coming from the management or from BNL
**What we expect from you
Excellent Project management skills with both internal and external partners and capability to liaise with internal and client senior management are required for this position, in addition to a solid knowledge and genuine interest in finance and asset management products.
Academic background and Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the same role, or similar
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Ideal personal profile: Analytic skills, Negotiation, Teamwork, Communication, Strong focus on targets and results
Technical skills: English fluent; French is preferential
**Contract type and Remuneration
The offer will be a full time open ended contract and the relative remuneration will be consistent with the National Banking Contract.
