**Primary Responsibilities
The Controler and Risk Manager of Cardif Compliance provides a reasonable assurance, to the Local Head of Compliance and to the Corporate Head of Control and Risk Management, of the efficiency and consistency of Cardif Italy Compliance permanent control setup.
He/she:
- monitors, manages and reports Compliance risks as well as the incidents of Compliance Function or other specific issues and, if necessary, the related mitigation plans;
- produces and ensures homogeneity & reliability of compliance reporting and risk assessments (RCSA, AGORA, Risk Register etc);
- provides a consolidated view of the results of the missions performed by the Regulators and IG and of the incidents relating to Regulators and to Compliance topic.
He/she:
- sets up, coordinates and supervises the Compliance permanent control framework;
- carried out KPRI;
- supervises the quality and integrity of Compliance procedures;
- designs, sets up, manages and supervises Compliance permanent control, in relation with the Local Head of Compliance with Local Domains for local KSP/ 2nd level of controls;
- executes control plan and indipendent testing in coordination with the Head of Control and Risk Management, formalizes results and defines action plans in coordination with Local Compliance Domains;
- ensures the follow-up of all Compliance recommendations (internal and external audits, IG, Regulators) and actions;
- ensures the follow-up of all Regulatory recommendations and actions.
Deploys Cardif Compliance policies and methodologies related to Control & Risk Management.
Contributes to Cardif Compliance committees in Italy or to Cardif Compliance Head Office for the Control and Risk Management matters.

- Technical skills: Between 2 and 5 years in financial insitutions; an exprerience in insurance sector has to be considered as preferable.
Knowledge of Compliance topics (Rules, Laws and processes);
Knowledge of Insurance and/or Banking business (processes, products, clients );
Specific knowledge in risk management and internal controls or about Cardif organization are welcome.
Good knowledge of Windows Office
Language skills English: fluently spoken and written.
Ability to express in French is welcome.
**Contract type and Remuneration
The offer will be a full time open ended contract and the relative remuneration will be consistent with the National Insurance Contract.
