Milan, Italy Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoro - BNP Paribas Cardif - Enterprise Risk Manager (RIS002323) The position at a glance: Within Cardif Italy's Risk Management team, the candidate will hold the role of Enterprise Risk Manager, reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer. The main activities concern the correct implementation of the risk management system through the main phases of identification, assessment, management and monitoring and reporting. The main tasks are related to the preparation of the Company's risk cartography, the definition of risk management policies and other policies related to the function, support in the compilation of the reporting to the Administrative Body and other main stakeholders, the drafting of the metrics of the Risk appetite statement and any specific reporting required by the function. What we expect from you: Education: Master's Degree in economics-financial or actuarial disciplines. At least 7-10 years spent in Insurance and in an international environment. Behavioral skills: Excellent relational skill, communication and organizational skills, goal-oriented and problem-solving. Technical skills: Very well knowledge of insurance regulation, risk management topics (transversal competence on qualitative and quantitative risks), risk measurement processes. Language skills: Fluent knowledge of English. Contract type and Remuneration: The offer will be a full-time fixed-term contract and the relative remuneration will be consistent with the National Insurance Contract.
