Responsibilities The Italian Distribution team is in charge of the distribution of cross-asset structured products in the Italian market.
It encompasses a wide range of products, activities and distribution channels.
The products range goes from Investment and Leverage Certificates to funds and insurance solutions while the distribution channels include BNL, Retail & Private banks, financial networks and the so-called direct listing for self-directed clients.
The Marketing & Communication team support transversally all the activities of the Distribution team, for what marketing, communication and events are concerned.
Given the above, the role implies the following responsibilities:
Provide an outstanding support to the sales activities, including pre
- and post
- services, educational and clear communication to investors and counterparties; Build up a marketing and communication strategic plan, ensuring the leadership of BNPP in the industry; Manage priorities and projects development making sure marketing resources are well spread among different product types and distribution channels, also considering the potential P&L; Ensure the respect of applicable regulation and Compliance, Legal and Corp Comm guidelines; Wide management of the marketing budget to optimise and track the returns; Establish and evolve a network with major stakeholders, including Group & CIB comm, legal, IT, compliance and other teams within the organisation; Coordination with the Lisbon Nearshoring teams:
including the Italian MCE team based in Lisbon, Digital and Web teams; Connect with MCE globally to share local expertise as well as leverage projects and knowledge of the team members in other countries; Contribution:
Contribution to foster BNPP's cross-asset product offer in the Italian retail market Contribution toimprove and evolve BNPP digital platform so that to optimize the effectiveness of each product type and at the same time ensuring each product type is advertised to the relevant target Contribute to provide BNL with an outstanding 360 degrees service, including marketing material, digital tools, sales force training and communication services Contribution to awards pitches with product cases and highlights of key market and product trends Event and webinars strategy:
Contribution to the development of our event strategy in collaboration with sales and Corp Comm team, development of marketing messages and contents for event What we expect from you Education:
a degree from a leading university with an excellent academic record Language proficiency:
fluent in English and Italian IT skills:
Excel, PowerPoint, Word Essential knowledge, skills and abilities:
Knowledge of Italian Distribution market for Distribution and self-directed clients Marketing know-how and digital experience Knowledge of local regulations Behavioral skills:
