**Business Overview of BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking - Energy, Resources & Infrastructure

The Energy, Resources & Infrastructure department is part of Real Assets EMEA.

It is comprised of circa 130 professionals and has a leading position as adviser and arranger of limited-recourse financing solutions in the following sectors across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region:

- Infrastructure

- Power and Renewables

- Oil & Gas (upstream, midstream and downstream)

- Metals & Mining

The team advises clients with respect to their debt financing needs, arranges and structures debt financing as mandated lead arranger, cross sells other products of the bank (including hedging and cash management solutions), acts as coverage for certain clients and monitors its exposure to transactions on its book.

The team is located in Paris, Brussels, London, Milan and Madrid.

ERI team in Italy is based in Milan and is in charge of the origination and execution of debt advisory and arranging mandates, as well as follow-up of the transactions after closing.

**Primary Responsibilities

- Support the origination of new transactions

- Preparation of commercial proposals and/or presentation to clients

- Support the VP or Director as applicable in all aspects of the execution of a transaction, including but not limited to:

- Responsible for the design, building or review and maintenance of the cashflow model (as appropriate), interact with the client on those aspects

- Responsible for the preparation of screening memos, Credit Proposals

- Participate in legal aspects (including those aspects of the term sheet and finance documentation related to the model)

- preparation or review of information memoranda and due diligence aspects (including any model audit), as well as general support during syndication phase

- Interaction with consultants during due diligence process, as appropriate

- Progressively taking on responsibility over certain aspects of a transaction besides the modelling (e. g.

technical aspects, insurance package. . . )

- Carry out internal tasks linked to the closing of the transaction

- Tasks linked to portfolio management on some files (waiver management, annual reviews, general follow-up).

**What we expect from you

- Project Finance know-how (minimum 3-year-experience) with a focus on energy and infrastructures

- Analytical and modelling skills

- Accuracy and risk understanding

- Strong ability to work within a team

- Fluent in English and Italian
