**Business Overview of BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking - Real Estate Capital Markets** Associate
The Real Estate Finance team is responsible for the coverage of RE clients (mainly PE funds, property companies, management companies/SGRs) and for the origination, structuring, execution and portfolio management of Real Estate financings (i. e mainly supporting acquisition of real estate assets or portfolios of assets, and relevant management of the participation).
**Primary Responsibilities
As an Associate within the team you will contribute to the origination and execution of commercial real estate financings (asset-backed and/or corporate) and coverage of institutional real estate clients in conjunction with assigned/responsible professionals.
In particular, you will support on the following activities:
- Client relationship management
- Deal execution
- Risk assessment and management
- Credit process
**What we expect from you
- Education: Master degree equivalent in Economics and/or Finance.
- Behavioral skills: Teamwork and analytical approach; ability to deliver and client focused.
- Technical skills: Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken); knowledge of the real estate market; at least 4/5 years' experience in Real Estate
