** Descrizione
Team Risk ORM has the task of guaranteeing the quality of the management system and the measurement of operational risks, as well as the control system in compliance with both local and BNP Paribas Group laws and regulations, considering the needs of the company and the evolution of the market.
**Main responsibilities/activities**:
- Perform 2nd level controls and give and independent analysis to ensure of the robustness of the system put in place by the first line of defense.
- Realize a qualitative and quantitative monitoring of historical incidents, including an analysis of the most important of them and supervision of the associated action plans, concerning the following main risks: (e. g. Fraud, Outsourcing, Processes errors execution etc. )
- Ensure that operational risk regulations, norms, guidelines and methodologies are understood and implemented over time within Leasing Solutions (e. g. Risk and Control Self -Assessment (RCSA) and Incident check & challenge);
- Realize a quantitative and qualitative management of the remediation of the general inspection recommendations of Leasing Solutions
- Contribute, participate, and support the Head of ORO in the realization of internal control committees report
**Profile
- Degree in Economics/Legal matters
- Excellent knowledge of business processes
- Excellent knowledge of English and/or French, both written and spoken
- Analytical skills
- Excellent relational skills at all levels and with the business leaders (both local and Corporate)
