**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:

- Checks and cleans the Hotel's boats, ensuring be in good condition at all times

- Sends and pick up guests to and from any destination given, punctually and safely.

- being knowledgeable about navigation

- Delivers the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times

- Be familiar with the hotel's products and services and policies.

- Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

- Safely operate boats

- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the boat is in good working condition, including checking engines, safety equipment, and fuel levels.

- Maintain and manage safety equipment, ensuring all passengers are briefed on safety procedures.

- Perform routine maintenance on boats and report any mechanical issues to the appropriate personnel.

- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and guidelines while operating on waterways.

- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.

**Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Boat Driver or in a similar role, at least 3 years

- High School Diploma and **Valid boating license or certifications required by local or national authorities**.
