We are looking for a Booking & Customer Care Specialist who will be in charge of organizing and optimizing the sale flow with direct customers in a pre-booking and post-booking stage, taking care of the whole customer care success.

- Your responsibilities_

- Organizing and aligning with the marketing team to drive leads conversion and user profiling

- Managing customer care and giving advice for bookings

- Managing the travel deal from quotation to the post-booking stage

- Optimizing customer retention and loyalty

- Promoting strategy analysis and result optimization

- You are ideally _

- Passionate about sport, active tourism and sustainability

- A professional with previous experience in Sales & Customer Care

- Knowledgeable of the tourism industry

- Able to use management software programs to track all customers

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Strong communicator

- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team

- Fluent in Italian and English (C1)

- Driven to technology
