Key Duties:

- Handle quotation requests coming from private passengers, agencies and tour operators about individual and group travels

- Understand ticketing procedures, rules and regulations (ticketing issuance, reissuance, refund and reports)

- Make new reservations and change existing ones

Operate within a variety of GDS and CRS (Amadeus preferably)

Required:

- English language proficiency

- Airline or travel industry experience

- Ability to work in a sales-oriented environment

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including a professional and pleasant phone demeanor, clear, pleasant, and courteous verbal and written communication

- Proven ability to continually learn and understand changing job-related policies and procedures, company products, services and promotions
