We are looking for a booking manager to support our reservation office.

We work in food tourism and run tours in several Italian cities.

**Requirements**:

- University degree

- fluent in English (C1) and Italian

- excellent organizational skills

- available also in the weekends (during tourist season only)

- Preferred: former experience as a reservationist or other customer care related positions

**Duties**:

- managing booking requests

- adding reservation to the booking software and google calendar

- answering the phone (English must be fluent)

- managing tour guide calendars

- building contacts with new partners

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: €500. 00 - €1, 500. 00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- reservationist: 1 year (preferred)

- customer care: 1 year (preferred)
