Key ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will support the team in the following activities:Updating, verification, and monitoring of internal consistency of the provisions of the Rules of Borsa Italiana, MTS, Cassa di Compensazione e Garanzia, and Monte Titoli. Assessment of compliance of the aforementioned Rules with internal and external provisions. Monitoring of new domestic and international regulatory initiatives, and subsequent thematic analysis. Comparative analysis of national regulations in force and implications on the national regulatory framework. Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate has:Master's Degree in Law.
