Job Description

We are currently seeking a Brand Expansion Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

- How you will contribute? _

- Support the Brand Expansion team with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties for the department (ie. request forms, industry news, etc. );

- Support the Brand Expansion team on all samples coordination, shipping and logistics needs for VIP requests (ie. samples qualitative check, VIP fittings and events preparations, archiving, etc. );

- Assist the Brand Expansion team in the coordination of all leadup preparations to key events (ie. shows, etc. );

- Assist the Brand Expansion team with the management of gifting initiatives and relevant stock;

- Assist the Brand Expansion team with reporting and imagery research of talent dressings

- Who you are? _

- Successful or ongoing studies in Communication, Marketing, Media or related

- Knowledge of Fashion GPS is a plus

- Confident use of Microsoft Office suite

- Fluent in English - both written and spoken

- Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Teamwork and good relational skills

- Good time management skills
