Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Client Advisor Part-time (8 hours, Sunday support) who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Firenze Store. Your opportunityMeet performance expectations and provide excellent client service to ensure client satisfaction in alignment with company standards. How you will contribute? Finalize sales targets achievements in line with company strategy. Embrace the clienteling culture of building strong and long-term relationships with clients. Collect and update client information to ensure efficient use of CRM. Create an engaging and emotional client experience offering best-in-class service, in line with Bottega Veneta Client Journey. Understand luxury, the collections, and fashion trends. Work on silhouettes, bringing alternative items to help clients discover more about the collection. Maintain a positive approach, contribute to teamwork, adapt to different personalities, seek support from and provide support to colleagues. Know and apply company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Keep the stock tidy, monitor stock deliveries and availabilities, and communicate in a timely manner about out-of-stock merchandise and any other useful information. Who you are? Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program. Excellent client and service attitude with high flexibility to adapt to several types of clients. Sales experience, preferably in fashion & luxury contexts. Excellent communication and empathic skills. Good team player. Ability to multitask and remain flexible. Fluent in Italian and English. Capacity to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment. Why work with us?
