How you will contributeCoordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications;Monitor learning campaigns and training completion;Promote learning offers through internal communication on internal social media;Support with administrative tasks with external suppliers (i. e.

contracts, invoices), updating department budget and costs;Track and analyze learning data, record training courses data on Excel and company tools;Contribute to the annual Performance and Development review process in creating learning content to facilitate the deployment of the Performance and Development review process;Follow-up on Performance and Development review process in partnership with HR Business Partners and monitoring completion data. Who you areCollaborative, passionate and curious;Able to activate a curricular internship;Proficient with digital tools and Microsoft Office tools (strong command of Excel and Power Point);Strong organizational and project management skills;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Fluent in English, Italian will be considered as a plus.
