Job Description: Description We are currently looking for a Learning & Development Intern (curricular internship) as part of our Human Resources team based in Milan.

How you will contribute Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant communications; Monitor learning campaigns and training completion; Promote learning offers through internal communication on internal social media; Support with administrative tasks with external suppliers (i. e.

contracts, invoices), updating department budget and costs; Track and analyze learning data, record training courses data on Excel and company tools; Contribute to the annual Performance and Development review process in creating learning content to facilitate the deployment of the Performance and Development review process; Follow-up on Performance and Development review process in partnership with HR Business Partners and monitoring completion data.

Who you are Collaborative, passionate and curious; Able to activate a curricular internship; Proficient with digital tools and Microsoft Office tools (strong command of Excel and Power Point); Strong organizational and project management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in English, Italian will be considered as a plus.
