Job Description

We are currently seeking a Retail HR Intern who will report to the HR Manager Italy, Greece and Turkey as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

- How you will contribute? _

RECRUITMENT

ONBOARDING

- Assist in managing employees' onboarding process from the employment offers' preparation and paperwork to the update of HR databases

HR ADMINISTRATION

- Draft official documents for employees (contracts, letters etc ) ensure that all HR systems are up to date and accurate at all times

TRANSVERSAL PROJECTS

- Bring support to the HR Team for the organization, coordination and delivery of variety of HR initiatives and projects

- Who you are? _

- Student currently enrolled in Economics, HR, Business Management or related areas

- Excellent Problem Solving & Communication skills

- Fluent in English (Advanced Level) and Italian

- Excellent team working skills, able to face dynamic environments

- Strong planning and organizational skills

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (especially Power Point and Excel)
