Job Description: Description How you will contribute?

CREATION OF GUIDELINE Support the WW VM Graphic Editor on the creation of digital guidelines.

Participate in VM shooting of guidelines and special projects.

PROJECTS AND DATA COLLECTION Create worldwide surveys (using Excel, PowerPoint, ShareFile) for all activations related to the VM department.

Monthly follow-up on regional surveys.

OPERATION AND FIELD ACTIONS Lead the organisation of mock-up and HQ tools.

Active support in the organisation of the re-see and showroom.

Participate in the VM setup of showrooms, re-sees, stores, and mock-ups.

CROSS FUNCTIONALITY Collaborate with the architecture department on specific projects (new store opening, product info, VM requirements, props).

Collaborate with merchandising departments to collect and share product information.

Support other departments with VM-related topics.

Who you are?

Graduated with experience and passion in Fashion, Design & Art.

Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Creative Cloud (Photoshop), and any photo editing software.

Capability of teamwork/partnering with other departments and external collaborators (vendors, agencies).

Precision and organizational skills.

Fluent in Italian and English.
