We are looking for motivated, curious and enterprising talents to join us at our Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL), where the history of our Company got started.

As Boutique Process Owner you will join the R&D team and you will support clients (Licensors).

**PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

- You do not see problems, you just see solutions

- Support clients (Licensors) with all Operations activities related to orders by ensuring the best service level for BTQs.

- Support BTQ Managers and team as key figure (Specialist) integrating BTQ process with new License or Partnership.

- Support BTQ Managers and team as key figure (Specialist) with the Logistic issues, projects and network creation.

- Open and full collaboration with the Sales Team in Milan and Product / Planning on regular processes and projects implementation.

- You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously

- You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant change

- Strong problem solving skills

- Solid experience with Microsoft software packages

- Nice to have :SAP knowledge

- Good people management skills

- Strong client-facing and communication skills
