Job descriptionWe are currently recruiting a Sales Assistant who will be in charge of assisting clients through personalized customer experience.
The ideal candidate will represent Tissot as an ambassador, inspiring our customers.
ResponsibilitiesLead complex clients' requests and assist them throughout the entire customer journey, including after-sales activities. Support operational tasks, be aware of company procedures and systems, and ensure compliance. Take actions to maximize sales opportunities across all categories. Drive results by delivering an elevated customer experience both during and after sale service. ProfileSkills and Experience:
3-4 years in a Retail Sales Assistant role. High skill set in driving sales and achieving KPIs. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A work ethic that understands the importance of going above and beyond to satisfy clients and exceed their expectations. LanguagesFluent in English and Spanish.
