Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Sales Assistant who will be in charge of assisting clients through a personalized customer experience.

The ideal candidate will represent Tissot as an ambassador, inspiring our customers.

The Senior Sales Assistant will be responsible for:

Lead complex clients' requests, assist them throughout the entire customer journey including after-sales activities; Support operational tasks, be aware of company procedures and systems, and ensure compliance; Take actions to maximize sales opportunities on all categories; Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience both during and after sale service.

Profile

Skills and Experience:

3/4 years in a Retail Sales Assistant role; High skill set in driving sales and achieving KPIs; Excellent communication and customer service skills; A work ethic that understands the importance of going above and beyond to satisfy clients and exceed their expectations.

Languages

Fluent in English and Spanish.
