We are offering opportunity to join our team!
You will have the chance to support a company in the digitisation of processes for energy efficiency with expertise in regulatory management.
You will be involved in assisting customers in their activities by providing project support, resources and expertise with maximum flexibility and operability.
**Your Duties & Responsibilities**:
In this context, the resource will be able to develop his or her knowledge through:
- Outsourcing management of the various core processes in both the administrative/financial and Operations areas.
- Collect and upload documents in the platform following established procedures.
- Documentation verification, data homogeneity check, system balancing
- Process analysis for the improvement of operational activities, to make improvements within the evolution roadmap to reduce manual activity.
**Education & Experience**:
- University degree (obtained or being completed) in economics or law.
- Knowledge or familiarity with themes like credit assignment
- Ability and experience in the management of digital archiving systemsis a plus.
**Desired soft skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High motivation for consultancy and aptitude for analysis and problem solving.
- Able to work in a team but also independently.
- Precision and attention to Detail.
- Time Management and Prioritization Skills.
**Location**: Flexible work arrangements; occasionally, could be required some business trip in the client office located in Formigine, province of Modena.
