We are offering opportunity to join our team with a 6 month internship!
You will have the chance to support a company in the digitization of processes for efficiency with expertise in regulatory management. You will be involved in assisting customers in their activities by providing project support, resources and expertise with maximum flexibility and operability.
**Your Duties & Responsibilities**:
In this context, the resource will be able to develop his or her knowledge through:
- Outsourcing management of the various core processes in both the administrative/financial and Operations areas.
- Collect and upload documents in the platform following established procedures.
- Documentation verification, data homogeneity check, system balancing
- Process analysis for the improvement of operational activities, to make improvements within the evolution roadmap to reduce manual activity.
- Adaptation of existing partnership/certification/LOI contracts based on the needs of the counterparty and in compliance with the regulations for the transfer of tax credits;
- Processing and sending payment requests to transferors/transferees/certificators and invoicing interface support - DEEP TIER and FINBELEADER companies (financial broker);
- Operations and back office: creation of projects and funds on the digital platform;
- Verification of customer company documentation and support for assessing the quality of transferor customer balance sheets and tax records/files;
- IT tests (in alpha and beta development environments and in production environments) to support the IT team;
- Customer support (inbound/outbound)/reporters.
**Education & Experience**:
- University degree (obtained or being completed) in economics
- Interest in the world of tax credit and B2B financing
- Knowledge in the field of leasing/factoring or other types of financing is not necessary but a propensity and interest in learning sector regulations
**Desired soft skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High motivation for consultancy and aptitude for analysis and problem solving.
- Able to work in a team but also independently.
- Precision and attention to Detail.
- Time Management and Prioritization Skills.
