A Japanese global freight forwarding company are looking for a branch manager, who can manage their staff and expand their business.

**JOB DESCRIPTION

- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff

- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions

- Oversees and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly

Provides administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports

- Recruitment and new staff training

- Liaises with other Europe branches and reports to the headquarter in Japan

- Deals with equipment ordering, lease management, etc.

- Manages GDPR, regulation-related, and legal matters

- Budget management

- Gives internal presentations

- Business level Italian and English

- Over 5 years' experience in office management

- Solid experience in the logistics industry

- Great presentation skill

- PC skills (Microsoft office) Good attention to detail, time management, and a flexible attitude

Mon - Friday 0900am - 0600pm
