Brand & Advertising Manager
Within the Group Chief Marketing Officer function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team, who will directly report to the Global Head of Brand & Digital Marketing.
The brand team is in charge of developing and implementing Group's brand and creative strategy, and strengthening Generali's brand equity, designing and maintaining brand identity guidelines to ensure consistent implementation across all Business Lines. The Brand & Advertising Manager will be responsible for developing and executing branding strategy and creative campaigns to position Generali as a differentiated premium brand, being responsible for guiding the branding activities and strategies to increase global and market level brand awareness/consideration and preference, drive growth, engage existing clients, and boost client inflows, through proximity & High Value perception. Key responsibilities of the role will include:Lead the creation and execution of innovative advertising campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences across global markets. Ensure campaigns align with the brand's global positioning and business objectives. Leverage global insights and trends to refine advertising strategies and messaging that appeal to specific customer bases. Work closely with diverse in-market teams, product and performance marketing, ad agencies, and other stakeholders to develop cohesive and effective advertising approaches. Ensure that all advertising efforts for assigned categories maintain brand integrity and consistency across different regions and platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and tone. Global advertising advocate that champions the needs of the regions, socializes best practices and monitors ROAI. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in advertising, introduce innovative approaches to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry. Provide leadership and guidance to regional/market advertising teams, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Manage the brand's budget and allocate resources effectively. Manage the global brand and advertising agencies. RequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or any related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in advertising/marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a global or regional role within a dynamic industry. Strong understanding of both digital and traditional advertising channels. Prior leadership experience, effective communicator, and strong project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders including senior management. Experience in cross-cultural communication and a strong understanding of global market nuances. Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation and collaboration skills. Positive self-starter, willing to go above and beyond and determined to succeed and leave your mark on the brand. Out of the box thinker with excellent storytelling skills to inspire. Exceptional attention to detail with a discerning eye for creativity and copy. Passionate about customers. Project management skills, strong in planning, stakeholder involvement, and anticipating steps.
