**How?
- Leading of challenging national and international consultancy projects in the areas of Brand & Sales Strategy and Organization at the client's site in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Guiding customers with innovative ideas in creating a competitive advantage and leverage it through innovative organization concepts
- Designing sustainable growth models and developing product innovation strategies that generate incremental revenues and penetration with respect to the existing offer and that minimize the risk of failure
- Managing clients´ brand portfolio appropriately - defining the role of each brand and its product portfolio, distribution methods, investment levels and profit target
- Defining client´s sales forecasting and sales planning strategies, distribution strategies and trade marketing strategies
- Designing innovative customer journey
- Creating the deployment plan and sustain the customer in its implementation, obtaining relevant bottom-line results
**Qualifications

- Successfully completed degree in Economics, Engineering or an equivalent education, MBA is a preferred requirement
- 4 or plus years of experience in a leading management consulting company working on Brand & Sales Strategy projects
- Language proficiency in Italian and English are mandatory as well as a very good knowledge of German and/or French
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for changes
- Team spirit and flexibility
The role of consultant requires a full willingness to travel (80% of the work time at customers' site).
