We are currently looking for a **Brand Activator** that will be in charge of all the activities related to the brands of the Montenegro Portfolio in the On Trade channel, working closely with the main stakeholders of the channel while creating a strong and personal relationship with them.

**Tasks & Responsabilities

- Implementation of all marketing/trade marketing field activities of the assigned area.

- Evaluation of business opportunities and development of deep consumer understanding in order to positively impact brand awereness.

- Partnering with sales and operations to leverage robust portfolio and brand plans.

- Openness to work during evening and night hours and willingness to work in a very dynamic contest.

**Requirements**:

- Prior field marketing/brand ambassador experience (Bartendering experience will be considered as a plus)

- Knowledge of the beverage products/mixability

- Understanding of the On Trade channel dynamics

- Strong interpersonal skills when it comes to interacting with internal/external actors

- Fluency in English preferred

- Creative thinking and problem solving attitude
