**Brand Affiliation Manager**:

JOB MISSION

Create and manage the best possible partnerships with our salons, in order to guarantee the best standards in terms of business success, affiliation with Davines brand and sustainability-oriented positive impact.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the Davines affiliation and partnership Programs (Education, Marketing, Inspirational Events)

Support the growth and positioning of our salons by guaranteeing unique experiences in education and services in line with the Hair Care Division objectives, Brand values and business objectives

Define and design the affiliation projects and the sales proposal in line with the Sales Direction and the Education department

Manage the organizational processes (activities, calendar, location search, etc.

), project budget and related sales objectives

Act as the reference person for projects both for our clients and for our sales team, ensuring the management of the related activities (courses, events, coaching)

Create the link between Sales teams, the Education and the Trade Marketing teams with a view to promoting and delivering aligned projects and services

Train Sales teams, and shadow/participate to group activities

Promote the Hair Care Division and Davines Group community activities

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Experience in trade marketing, education and sales;

Wide knowledge of commercial dynamics;

High flexibility and adaptability to the context;

High level of commitment, discipline and teamwork ability with sales rap and customers (hairdressers/salons);

Empathy and willingness to support the sales force and customers (presentations, sales proposals, etc.

);

Analytic and strategic, focused on results
